Dallas Market Center, a leading lifestyle marketplace for retailers and interior designers, announce that more than four hundred temporary exhibitors will be showcased during its August trade events. Dallas is the only summer marketplace featuring temporary exhibitors, or Temps, including leading brands as well as smaller companies with hot new products on the rise. From gifts to fashion accessories to health & wellness, The Temps in Dallas will offer unmatched discovery inside a socially distanced marketplace making extra efforts to keep all visitors safe.
During Total Home & Gift Market, The Temps will take place August 19-22 and will be featured in four convenient destinations: World Trade Center 11, Trade Mart 1, Market Hall Main Hall, and Market Hall North Hall. A wide selection of brands across more than ten product neighborhoods will include standouts such as DaySpring, Julie Vos, Mason Jar, Mugsby, O-Venture, Packed Party, Southern Grace, Susan Shaw, Ty, and Wimberly.
During The Men’s Show, The Temps will take place August 15-17 in the expo space on World Trade Center 7. A record number of temps are participating including Stenstroms, Zanella, Meyer Trouser, Brax, Luciano Viconti, Mac of Germany, Luciano Barbera, Oxxford, Stylistico US and Jack of Spades.
For the Apparel & Accessories Market and Dallas Western & English Market, The Temps will be open August 25-28. Among the strong collection of brands participating are apparel from Kozan and Mystree; accessories from Julie Vos, Parker & Hyde, and German Fuentes; and footwear from Miz Mooz, MIA Shoes, and Very G. For Western and English Market, participating brands will include Montana Silversmiths, Miller International, Justin Brands, Pat Dahnke, and Rockmount Ranch Wear among others.
Recent customer surveys show that The Temps are visited by 9 out of 10 Dallas buyers and are viewed as a critical part of the market experience and new product sourcing. For the summer shows, all Temps neighborhoods are being designed with careful attention to social distancing.
In support of the health and safety of all guests, strict measures are in place to guide August events. The complete protocols are available via a link on the front page of the Dallas Market Center website. Those measures include existing procedures for social distancing as well as recent additions such as a mask requirement and mandatory temperature check for each person entering the marketplace including all buyers and exhibitors. In addition, the guidelines cover facility operations, registration, food and beverage service, shuttles, employee screening, and other important topics. A quick list of health & safety protocols as well as a link to the comprehensive plan are available here: http://blog.dallasmarketcenter.com/new-health-safety-measures.
