Today the Hardwood Furniture Guild announced the 2020 Spring Ohio Hardwood Furniture Market will be postponed to June 3-4 in accordance with Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine’s executive order banning mass gatherings larger than 100 people.Originally scheduled for April 1-2 at Harvest Ridge and the Mt. Hope Event Center, the wholesale furniture show attracts buyers from all over the United States and Canada. “While we hate to postpone an event with such an extensive economic impact, we understand the Governor’s concerns. The health of our vendors and buyers comes first,” said Shasta Mast, who runs the Hardwood Furniture Guild.Vendor contracts and buyer registrations remain in effect for the June show, which is scheduled to be the largest Ohio Furniture Market ever with more than 150 vendors and three full buildings. The Hardwood Furniture Guild is a committee of the Holmes County Chamber of Commerce & Tourism Bureau.Contact: Shasta Mast • firstname.lastname@example.org • 330-674-3975
