Natuzzi launches D2C website
Natuzzi has launched Natuzzi Italia’s first D2C ecommerce platform in the UK, in the latest step of a strategy to achieve seamless integration between the brand’s physical and digital channels.
The new platform is fully integrated with the Natuzzi Italia store network, enabling customers to buy online and have their purchase delivered to their home or a stockist of their choice. It also lets customers book in-store appointments.
The available lines can be configured in various versions, colours and materials, drawing on the shopping experience inside Natuzzi Italia’s stores and adding deeper information and resources.
Natuzzi hopes to generate additional in-store traffic and encourage cross-selling, as well as bolstering business in areas without physical stores.
