Founder/Chairman Ben Soleimani has named Kelly Mullens Brown Chief Executive Officer of his eponymous company, BenSoleimani.com Inc. (BSI), which encompasses both its e-commerce and retail operations. Brown brings extensive business experience in consumer brand-building and multi-platform storytelling, drawing upon her long tenure in the media and entertainment industry, and as a visionary leader and operator as President of Ryan Seacrest Enterprises. There she was responsible for corporate strategy, innovation, and operational duties across Seacrest’s diverse portfolio of media, entertainment, technology, fashion, and lifestyle brands.Creative designer and entrepreneur Ben Soleimani will continue to helm the company, leveraging his decades of experience as a top designer, merchant, and real estate investor to grow his vision of the brand, and its expansive product offerings that incorporate his timelessly sophisticated, less-is-more aesthetic.“Kelly has an impressive track record of building strong brands and businesses, and an impeccable reputation as an effective leader and operator, and I look forward to her insight and guidance as we scale our business and operations,” said Soleimani. “Her entrepreneurial mindset and depth of knowledge in brand storytelling will be a tremendous asset as we focus on elevating our brand around a digitally-native shopping experience, as well as creating a retail footprint across the country.”“Ben’s a visionary creative entrepreneur, and I’m excited to build a big business around his eponymous brand. His passion and creative spirit are inspiring, and I fully believe in his strategy to create both a direct-to-consumer home lifestyle brand, as well as retail stores,” said Brown. “I thrive in entrepreneurial environments, and I’m impressed by the company’s early growth fueled by a product offering that bridges the aspirational and attainable.”The company is preparing for the relaunch of BenSoleimai.com this fall, expanding its popular rug collection, with Soleimani’s first-ever furniture and décor collection. The company also has plans to open its flagship on Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles later this year.

Brown has also held senior marketing and communications roles at Universal Music Group, Sony Corporation of America, and Fleishman Hillard, and has worked extensively with major brands such as AT&T, Coca-Cola, and Ford Motor Company. She is an advisor to several women-led businesses in Los Angeles and New York, including Parachute Home, AYR, The Goods Mart, Tandem Entertainment, and serves as a board member for Beautycon.About BenSoleimani.com: Bensoleimani.com is dedicated to bringing the best quality, design, and service to people who believe home is a sanctuary. Known for its understated, clean, less-is-more aesthetic, the growing home lifestyle brand first launched its direct-to-consumer business with a rug collection in February 2019, with plans to expand its growing collection with furniture, pillows, decorative objects, and lighting. Ben Soleimani launched the eponymous company after honing his craft, designs and merchandising expertise over more than 25 years as a rug purveyor. Internationally recognized as being at the forefront of modernizing the once staid rug industry, he has developed his own, now signature, weaves and textures, and was one of the first designers to incorporate unexpected, unusual and sustainable materials.
