Raffel Systems, an industry leader in technology for the motion furniture, bedding, cinema and industrial markets announced that Rich Weeden has been promoted to the position of President of the Germantown, Wisconsin-based company. Weeden, a 20-year Navy veteran, has been with Raffel Systems since 2014, serving as Engineering Manager, Operations Manager, and General Manager/Vice President of Operations. “Rich played an important role in Raffel Systems’ growth over the last five years,” said Raffel Systems CEO John Dudash. “We are delighted that he will be leading the company as we explore new technologies and open new markets.”The 37-year-old company works globally to bring innovative bespoke and patented technologies to the residential and contract market.
