You don’t need to worry, about how farm table will blend with your dining room as its technically can blend so well in any dining room’s style.

To Do DIY Farm Table

First thing first thing, to do this project you need to prepare the lumber. For your information, once you buy lumber, be sure to do not use it at once instead, you better wait for some days or weeks to let it dries. Cut the lumber into some pieces like stretchers, breadboard ends, table top, aprons and legs. To get the best result, ensure that you do double check for the measurement, for instance, when measuring the legs, bear in mind the chairs that you use as its companion can slide easily or not under the table.

Build the base is next thing to do. To finish this, you need to notch the legs, wooden panel, and stretcher altogether. When you are done with constructing those, breadboard ends are next. Screw it then. After you finish applying breadboard ends, the next is about placing the table top. Similar with others, you need also to fasten this part all the way. Before applying other finish like coating and painting the farm table, you better sand the table top first. You can coat the table next after cleaning the table first. If you want to, you can paint it, or else to add antique look you can apply weathered treatment as well.
